Working in close collaboration with the TecnoElettra Group and thanks to its own resources, Aviorace is able to develop and manage the full design of a vehicle.
A dedicated project manager and specialized engineers with many years of experience on specific projects will support our customer during the co-design and supply of:

- Studies and verification of electromagnetic interference on signals due to sensor wiring routing.
CAD design using Solid Works and integration of systems on the digital mock-up of the vehicle.
Project timing plan management, prototype production, system installation and configuration assistance; debugging and optimization, support on the track during tests, production of components in series and quality control in accordance with ISO 9001 certifications and through specifically designed automatic test benches and / or automated test SW, IMDS input management.
Spare parts management, component serialization, obsolescence management and project phase-out.
